immaculately clean hotel, helpful personnel, great breakfast. good sized room with a minibar, satellite television and climate control, and comfortable bed. pretty nice bedroom, really good experience and late check-out.

The accommodation was perfectly clean and the room was spotless. the breakfast offered different varieties. - All of the staff were very nice and absolutely kind. - the hotel had a marvelous and lovely location really close to the Central Bank of Jordan.

The WiFi connection could use some improvement, but everything else was alright.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to downtown and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the city center. The service provided was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were impressive, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent too, offering delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. The leisure facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception added to the convenience of our stay. we were extremely satisfied with the service and facilities provided here.

We stayed at a hotel in Jordan and had a fantastic experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to all the tourist sites and close to downtown, the citadel, the markets, and the colorful Rainbow Street. the view from the room was amazing, especially of the citadel and the city center. the hotel also offered great facilities, like a currency exchange and good internet connection.

That the hotel windows were quite dirty and it was difficult to see through them.

I spent my Christmas at a wonderful hotel in Jordan, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was always very respectful, attentive, and eager to help make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel was also key, as it was within walking distance to some of the main attractions in the city. I enjoyed having a spacious and clean room with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I was delighted with my experience there.

One downside I noticed was that the rooms could have been a bit bigger, but this was a minor issue compared to all the positive aspects of my stay. there were only a few TV channels available, which could have been better.

Staying near the historic town can make a trip more charming. the hotel I stayed in had an unbeatable location, just across from a famous landmark. the room was impeccable from the cleanliness to the comfortable bed. Waking up to a stunning view from the window was a luxury treat. the friendly staff promptly helped with my needs and their attention to details was remarkable. the delicious breakfast buffet had plenty of options provided by the hotel's well, respected restaurant. After a long day of sightseeing, the state, of, the, art gym and refreshing spa treatments were heaven.

Despite the many benefits of the hotel, the air conditioning in my room was not up to par.

Not only were they kept clean, but the rooms also offered a very nice view of the citadel, adding to the overall charm of the accommodation. Lastly, the breakfast spread provided a great start to the day with its variety of delicious cooked dishes. It was a wonderful way to experience local flavors and fuel up for the day ahead.
